About Us:
American Civil Engineering Services, L. P. (ACES) is a locally owned civil engineering professional practice with ten employees. The office was established with three employees in 2002, grew to our current ten, and will continue to expand as we have plans for significant expansion in the near future. We staff two Licensed Professional Engineers and a full complement of experienced and capable support personnel. Brent S. Sherrod is the managing partner and Principal Engineer. ACES is registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers (Registration Number F-007349). Our services consist of general civil engineering including site plans of residential subdivisions, transportation, and commercial site plan development for a variety of clientele. Graphic presentation is the responsibility of technical staff and designers are trained in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and its supporting software.
ACES has worked with commercial, industrial, and residential clients on a variety of projects requiring a full range of engineering services. All projects are managed by Licensed Professional Engineers who are familiar with local development requirements. State-of-the-art computers are used to calculate precise measurements allowing company AutoCAD operators to produce working sketches, subdivision plats, and complete plan/profile drawings. Our company success is built upon our reputation as a “total package” firm, by utilizing the trusting relationship and ability to work closely with other consultants we are able to provide our clients with a full range of services, from the initial boundary and topographic survey to detailed plans, subdivision platting and construction phase services including layout. Our reputations is enhanced by our extensive experience.
