Conroe Park North (An Extension of
Conroe
Park West Roadway and Utility and Replat)
ACES provided a Preliminary Replat and Land Study for
North
Conroe
Industrial Park. After the submittal and approval of the Preliminary RePlat and Land Plan ACES designed the Plan and Profiles for the Roadway and utility extension. The Plan and Profile show the extension of water lines and road cross-section for
Conroe Park West Drive. ACES preformed the construction staking and construction phase services. The Final Plat was prepared, approved and filed.
The construction is now substantially complete and awaiting acceptance by the City of
Conroe.
Conroe Park North Section Four, Five & Six (A 199 acre Industrial Subdivision)
ACES provided a Preliminary Plat, Replat and Land Study for Conroe Park North Section Four, Five and Six. ACES has designed and submitted to the City of
Conroe the Plan and Profiles for the 199 acre Industrial Subdivision. The Final Plat for Sections Four and Five have already been prepared, approved by the City of
Conroe and filed with Montgomery County Clerk.
The construction is scheduled to begin by the end of May 2008.
