This site design included topographic and boundary surveys, partial site grading and  drainage plan and the complete detention design.  ACES also provided some construction staking and the Slab and Alta Surveys.  McKesson design and construction are complete and accepted by the City of Conroe.
 
The structure houses office and warehouse facilities.  The detention pond was designed off line and discharged to the street to preserve the natural state of the existing water way in the rear of the property.
