Forest Subdivision included preliminary and final plats, utilities, streets, drainage and detention, preliminary and final design and construction phase services. Pinewood Subdivision is located in the City Limits of Conroe. ACES worked with the City of
Conroe very closely because of the location of the 100 Year Floodplain. Pinewood Forest Subdivision design and construction have been competed and received Initial Certification from City of
Conroe.
The project includes an underground storm system, concrete curb and gutter and asphalt streets. Drainage is mitigated with the use of an offline detention pond.
