Texas Oil Tools
(a 12.93 acre site plan in Conroe Park North)
ACES provided the engineering and surveying services for this project. ACES designed the site, utility and drainage plan showing finish grade contouring and detailed design. ACES also provided a boundary and topographic survey for this project. ACES worked very closely with GCEDC and the City of
Conroe during the coarse of this project. Plans and construction of Texas Oil Tools has been completed and approved by the City of
Conroe.
The building houses office and manufacturing areas, while the paving includes vehicular and truck parking as well as grade and dock high delivery areas. The project included off line detention facilities and preservation of existing natural stream channel conditions.
