ACES worked with the owners and the City of Conroe to extend City water and sewer to the subdivision.  ACES designed the Preliminary Plat and Land Plan and submitted them to the City of Conroe for approval.  ACES designed the underground utilities and storm system, liftstation, offsite water and sanitary sewer lines, offsite detention/amenity lake for submittal to and approval by the City of Conroe.  The construction drawings have been approved by the City of Conroe and construction is underway.  The project includes platting the lots and commercial reserve in four phases after construction is substantially complete.  Construction is 70% complete at the time.
